I got the keys...

I barely slept last night because I was too excited about closing on the SUPER CUTE COTTAGE today. Everything went smooth at the lawyers, and here I am standing in front with the keys ready to go see what I've gotten myself into.

The comment I got from my real estate agent today... I've never had a client as organized as you. I took that as a compliment. I did not have the guts to tell him, I don't know any other way of doing business. If I'm organized, I feel like I'm in control, which usually translates into things going smoothly and without any hiccups.

My niece bought me a cup for Christmas that says... Keep calm and let Linda handle it. I think that pretty much sums up who I am as a person. I am putting together an amazing team of people to work with, and can't wait to get things kicked off.

Since I know there are a lot of you out there wishing you could be doing this, I will attempt to keep you updated, by posting one photo per day or every other day on the progress that's being made. That way you can live vicariously through me, free of charge.

At the end of day 1, I'd have to say I'm emotionally spent, but super grateful and excited for this blessing in my life. Can't wait to jump in and get things started.
