My goal this year is to flip 10 houses or to make $200k in profit, whatever happens first!! Thus far, I've been blessed to be able to find some amazing properties, even during this crazy season and sellers market. That's how I ended up with this beauty. From the first walk through it was clear that this house was going to need a LOT of TLC! Complete Kitchen gut, and we needed to redo both the hall bath and the master bath, hole new HVAC system, and much more. But it was easy for me to see the potential and dream what this house could be like!

I'm still waiting on the professional photos to be taken, and as soon as they are I'll be sure to post them. We've also tidied up the landscaping since this photo. But just look at it! I can hardly believe that it is even the same house. This house is going to make someone a very happy owner.

PS.... I forgot to mention that this is house #2 of 10 for the year, and I'm already working on #3. Come what may, I'm confident I'm gonna reach my goals!!
